MEET THE MONSOONS

A recent transplant from New Orleans, Steve Junot has been playing music for a long time. A REALLY long time. I mean, he’s done like, over 5,000 gigs already… and he’s still totally rocking! (Thankfully, the mullet left after the first 1,000 or so.) Even at his advanced age, he still has the voice of an angel who has been smoking for years, and his stellar guitar playing can best be described as a perfect combination of Eddie Van Halen and Martha Stewart.

Likes: long walks on the beach, sunsets, and Cheerio and cheese sandwiches.
Dislikes: Cheerios and cheese that are not on a sandwich.

What can be said about Chris Guertin that hasn’t already been said in print, on the dark web, and at least one bathroom stall? He’s a Boston native, a Virgo, an occasional copywriter, AND, according to some drunk guy at the 5 O’Clock Club in 2004, “the best bass player in the world.” Hard to argue with that!

Fun Fact: In his spare time, Chris is pursuing the World Record for the Most Consecutive Times Tossing A Grape In the Air And Catching With Mouth. He’s already done three in a row – TWICE!! Good luck, Chris!

Pat McDonald. Just the name inspires fear in drummers all over the country. His seizure-inducing double bass drum beats are the stuff of legend. Truly a wonder of nature, you’d never know that lurking behind his fierce exterior is a sensitive, caring soul, who was awarded “Volunteer of the Year” in 2018 for his work with Ex-Playboy bunnies experiencing PTSD from the tragic loss of Hugh Hefner.

Pet Peeves: tardiness, and people who tell him to “smile.”
